Enjoyed the ending transitions (spoiler)

I liked how the film ends with Becca having babies. Krasinski pushes her in a wheel chair while running through the hospital just like he did for his mother earlier when he helped her escape to a diner for her final meal before her operation. Also, the fact that Becca gives birth to two babies (not one) mirrors the two adult brothers in the film. Finally, at the very end of the film, one of the hospital personnel refers to the newly wedded Becca as "Mrs. Hollar," a title formerly held by Krasinski's dead mother.
