Not that bad for K's first directing job

I expected better i guess, but playing it safe for the first time is perfectly alright with me.
Solid 6.5-er, great cast, that 'homecoming' feeling (been exploited much lately, but what the heck). Script is a bit pedestrian, editing could've been better, pacing is okay-ish. But directing [those dullish scenes] is textbook.
Charlie sucked as usual (duh).
PS. if your 't-chain' snaps, you won't be driving that subaru anytime soon bro
