Whats the perspective?
Im assuming that since the LGBT community is supporting this film that the perspective is anti-religion and pro-gay. Would that be correct? Has anyone seen it?
This is quite odd to me, because it seemed that for years the LGBT community wanted to bury Michael's story. Its never good for your cause when one of your loudest supporters suddenly changes teams. His story is one that could define the difference between being born gay or acquiring the taste for homosexuality over hetero relationships.
I suspect that if this is a movie getting support from the LGBT groups that his story is twisted around and shows him as some tortured gay soul who is faking it as a straight man or they will paint him as a fraud from the start, and act as thought he was just jumping on some gay fad as a young man.
Im very interested to hear Michael's take after seeing the film
