Aside from the obvious (to let you finish the campaign), from a plot point of view it's ridiculous!!! He had Gideon and Mitchell dead to rights, and then instead of killing them he just goes, "I'm not a monster." That's it????? Why??? He just killed thousands of people and was planning to kill MILLIONS more!
Dude, that ending just took me totally out of a mediocre campaign.

Other then that - Spacey was a solid character.
I know it's gimmicky, but i enjoy them using hollywood actors in the roles.

Now with advanced Mo cap technology, i think it's cool how they are bringing the actual actors into the game. I am excited for Christopher Meloni from OZ, Law and Order, and Harold and Kumar to be the next villian in Black ops 3.
