Big butts are the new thing so people aren't ready to admit to getting it done yet- everyone wants folks to think they were born with a big booty, especially in the African American community.
I remember thinking about that with Iggy Azalea. If I remember correctly, she admitted to a nose job and boob job but never a butt and hips job.
