I hope this is the movie that Egoyan bounces back from...his last few movies have been bad or mediocre. I don't think he'll achieve the quality of the masterpieces The Sweet Hereafter or Exotica, but maybe something close to those..Dean Norris might make the difference. We'll see.

shareThis is a very, very good film from Atom Egoyan! The ending had me stunned...
Unfortunately I think that many people (myself included) would like Egoyan to go back to the days of The Adjuster or even Felicia's Journey where he used to tackle more edgy subjects with a wicked sense of humour.
I don't think his last films were bad... Quite the contrary I feel as if I am adapting to his new genre of cinema which is normal of any evolving artist.
On the other hand I just cannot adapt to anything recent by Wim Wenders...
