Looks spectacular for a film with a $100K budget

Really well made and acted. Felt somewhat suffocated by the religious link of that characters but overall I enjoyed it. I think we'll be hearing a lot from the lead actor Cole Doman in the near future.

It says a lot when even the trailer is boring.

White people problems...the film. Cept, an even more mellow version.

Hopefully no characters in the film get offended, are made to feel uncomfortable, or get a paper cut.

It appears to have been too nuanced for you. Bless your heart.

Totally agree! The acting was very good, and the storylines totally credible. I too felt uncomfortable with all the 'churchy' scenes, but know that these situations are a reality for many people (often hiding all sorts of hypocrisy and double standards). A very enjoyable film.

I thought the religious angle was refreshing, actually. You don't get to see many movies in which nearly) all the characters are evangelical Christians, but it's not a preachy "faith-based cinema" endeavor, nor is it some simplistic expose of religious hypocrisy. Considering how much of the population is Christian, we ought to see more movies in which religion is a big part of characters' lives, yet that isn't what the movie has to be ABOUT.
