Is this anything at all like "The Colony" On Discovery?

The Colony was one of my all time favorite shows, I hate that it only ran 2 seasons...

would love to find similar shows and ran across "Utopia"

could anyone give their opinion on the show and if yourve seen "The Colony" is it similar?
