I hate trailers that give away too much of the movie
Won't watch it now.

What was the overlap other than Karen's husband and orchestra friend?
shareThe girl inches elevator with the photographer was John Heeders girlfriend. John Heeder was Patrick Stewarts son.
The dying girl was a member of the orchestra. Her husband was the smart guy.
The really anxious orchestra lady who threw up on the one dudes neck had a tattoo that said the same thing as the muscle guy who's tattoo was too complicated to explain (although I don't get they were connection)
