Reviews on RT are actually not that bad.

Not many reviews are in, but more than half are positive for this. It came to one theater near me, and I will be checking this out probably on Tuesday for discount day.

There's lots of stuck up people saying they didn't like the cliché jump scares but really? That's what makes a great horror, cleverly built in jump scares.
Regardless, the story was amazing. I almost cried during one part if it had gone a second longer. The emotion in this movie was real, the need was real and the reactions of the other characters were real.
I recommend seeing this movie. It was great!

I saw Zootopia today, and this is the movie that I have yet to see that most intrigues me. I will be going to the theater for sure to see this.

IMO it's a 7 out of 10. I think a lot of people are just not giving this one a realistic shot. But to each their own, I didn't care for some of the jump scares but they weren't all bad, and the non-jump moments were still creepy and atmospheric.

This movie had like 3 good scenes in it, and the rest wasn't that good. Some bad jump scare moments for sure.

Wasn't that bad. The car wreck was pretty gut wrenching. I liked the concept of the whole thing. Problem was the screenplay couldn't live up to it and it simply got derivative of stuff that's already been done, and better.

Pffft, my suspension of disbelief has higher standards than that.
