If you have a microsoft/hotmail account you're able to watch it for free in the official release at the Xbox website:
http://video.xbox.com/movie/atari-game-over/

You'll also need to install their Silverlight plugin.

The item you're looking for is unavailable." before and after logging into my very old Hotmail.com e-mail address account from the mid (19)90s. Did the movie/film expire? :(

Thanks a ton for the heads up on where to see this. Silverlight buffered like a mother for me but it was well worth it. Awesome documentary.
