The poppy scene

Well, the movie was just bad from beginning to end, but a few things totally stuck out. There was so little attention to detail to the military accuracy, that nobody who has served would be able to even concentrate on the "story" after all the face palming. That said, the funniest part to me was when a guy was injured and dying. Then the quick thinking dude grabs a big ol' poppy for the pain. They did look like genuine giganteum type poppies that produce opium, but he squeezed it and squirted about 1,000 poppies worth of raw "opium" into the guys mouth, which came out liquid, no less. Apparently, if every junky in the world could just grow 3 plants they'd be set for the year. I get not everyone is aware how insane that is, but if you are going to bother to put it in your movie, why not attempt being accurate? If it's worth doing, have some pride.
