Cliche Driven Mess

This was really bad. It's as if they took every cop movie ever, took all the eye roll parts, then put them into one film. The bad guy, if they aren't all, is so hilariously awful in his acting, it's hard not to view this movie as a dark comedy. If not for some decent camera work, this movie would be 100% dud.
