Now, please, correct this if its wrong, but...

Apparently the movie isn't "found footage", but about a guy who is live streaming his possession experiment, and what we see is what he wanted to register.
Is what I heard. So casefile format.

It's not filmed in found footage format. However, there are a few scenes where we see things from a point-of-view shot.
