He just made a joke about the only time he was running away was when he was leaving his first wife. Is he just talking out the side of his mouth or is that true? I'm binge watching online and am on S2, but if anybody remembers please do tell.

Yes, he was married once before Julie. The first wife is the mother of the two oldest children.

Thank you for clearing that up! I kinda thought that but I binged all 4 seasons and did not get that information or if I did, I missed it.
