The title, "Youth in Oregon"

Does anyone know what this refers to? It's an odd title for a film in which an old man is going to Oregon for euthanasia.

Oh, I just read that "Youth" is a play on the word 'euthanasia'--Weak!

It's a play on the mnemonic "youth in asia", which is how the somewhat big word euthanasia is taught to younger students. (It was to me anyway.) Except they're going to Oregon, not Asia.
