Did they all end up finding out their friend double crossed them? But none of them went to prison? DID they arrest the big guy,flemings? EITHER I missed a lot of inferences or this film or they left a lot of unexplained or I'm an idiot. BREAK it down for me guys.

This is the way I saw it and may be Zach tells them they've been deceived by Noah, may be his shame and pride won't let him.
Noah = the big winner
Bryce = likely winner too. Seemed to have his fingers in the pie.
Warren = patsy
Zach = patsy + big loser 🐭
