Top 9 thriller of all time?

My android box said this movie is the 9th best horror movie ever. Error 404? I don't generally expect intelligent decision making from a group of teens in any horror movie but WTF! Pacing, acting, directing, dialogue, it's all bad. Thanks moviechat.org for providing a space to discuss movies!! Fuck you IMDB.
