Missing story revealed

Misha (Yami) character is RAW agent who is after a terrorist named raghu aka rizwan. Pretending to be his wife, she passes on important intel to agencies. When rizwan, who has a cover up job as in advertising, is about to execute Pune serial blasts, she has no choice but to terminate him. She is getting the guns and bullet from the vegetable vendor (actually a CBI officer) in the first scene of the movie. Meanwhile terrorists have captured zina brainy (Liak's mother), who is a scientist and has invented a cyborg (clone of his real life son Liak). She sends the cyborg to eliminate misha before she can execute her plans.

To save his real son liak, the clone is send to jail, but when real liak gets stomach cancer and his real life father (Inspector Govind Mishra ) refuses to give bone marrow to save his son, she has no option but to have cyborg released from jail and uses her younger sister (shobha) for his plans. Meanwhile Harman kills rizwan at his home and through plastic surgery assumes his identity. Harman is second illegitimate son of Inspector mishra and patil. Patil used to be a woman names jhimli but after sex change became a man, and hires a prostitute, names her jhimli to escape getting caught.
