Inexcusable

I tend to be very forgiving as it relates to bad storylines and marginal acting. The story is a well worn rehash of the meteor hitting the planet with an alien twist and I knew this going in. But bad acting is inexcusable. Mitchell Shawn slept through this. His lines were forced and his body language was stiff. Had I known any better I would conclude he didn't want to do this film.
If this is the case and on some degree I hope it is then it is unprofessional. If it's the case he can't act then I blame casting.
It was a decent attempt no terrible but by far not great.
If you like these types of films then give it a go. If you like mainstream and big budget films...stay away.
