A Chinese boy playing a Roman prince? Wtf?
His parents are shown, non of them are Asians, very distinctive Chinese face, wtf??

reply

Didn't know he was oriental descent? Well he certainly can pass for a European boy, don't understand what's your big issue about this?

reply

Are u nuts? He can't pass as a European boy to me. Total Chinese. I've been living in Asia for 7~8 years.

reply

Maybe that's YOUR opinion, maybe everyone else has a different view than you.

reply

Yeah, right, 100% Chinese boy is effing perfect for the Roman Empire, cut the crap, plz.

reply

The young Prince appears Asian though his hair seems to be reddish .
Could be that an Asian blood line
Entered into the family through slavery and rape of captives.

reply

He is half white, half Chinese asian.

reply

. . . actually, I thought there was an indirect 'feeling' the character of Hou An got from looking at the boy . . .

But the little boy was adorable regardless . . .

reply

Meh... In one scene he kinda looked like Ron Howard's weird looking brother when he was little.

Didn't know he Chinese until your rant. Why are you getting freaked out about it?

reply

Yeah he is very out of place. Look him up. He is certainly Chinese. I honestly think he looks creepy withnthe super blind eyes contact lenses he's wearing.
