Is that mask a rip off from something else? It looks really familiar but I can't place it.

Looked a little like the Skel-Gro bottle in Harry Potter.

I though it was homage to a similarly-masked baddie in the 2013 short film Old Gun New West. Whatever the inspiration, Skeletron did some of the best physical acting I've seen from a masked performer.
