The father and mother exposed what disgusting people they really are.

Their first reaction was that they were disappointed that they were loosing a slave. Instead of being happy the first words were we need you to get all our projects done.

They both exposed themselves as being lazy parents that treat their kids as slaves. After it apparent that they couldn't stop him from leaving they put on an act that they only wanted what was best for him.

The most important thing is sincerity. If you can fake that you've got it made.

They could care less about him working for the fictitious "Browntown". Their real concern is that they won't be able to get their claws into his Park Slop check if he is gone.

Shouldn't Ami be happy that Bam is going off to seek a wife? Doesn't that bring her closer to getting those "grandbabies" she is always clamoring about?

Why does Bam have to go to the lower 48 to get a wife, one wonders. Assuming he's actually going to come back with that producer chick, maybe it's really his honeymoon.
