Pfft - Jacob Stone! Not even a contest. He also cracks me up, which is sexy all by itself.

Christian Kane is magical. /swoon

reply

Never been impressed with a guy who thinks with his fists rather than his brain.

Of course, in the world, I"m the sexiest librarian.😱

Both Jacob Stone and Eliot Spencer (CK's character on Leverage) use both their brains and their brawn. Eliot is a better fighter than Jake, but they are both geniuses in their own right. Part of the reason Jake is a fighter is because he spent the first half of his life having to hide his genius in the back country, and "blend in" with the rednecks. Being smart wasn't acceptable, so he used his fists instead.

reply

But now he can use his brain and he still uses his fists.

 That's what he's always known. I think that's natural. It's not like he magically changed into a totally different person overnight just because he's allowed to be smart now.
Anyway. Agree to disagree.  I'll stand with Christian Kane. 

reply

He's got the brains to change. In any case, the point is, brawn over brain isn't particularly attractive to me.

That's why I said "agree to disagree."  I like both. And I like Christian Kane just about every which way! 

reply

Although there's no one on The Librarians I find particularly drool worthy (Max Headroom era Matt Frewer aside)I am going to add a vote for Christian Kane on behalf of Jude Deveraux, who used to post here and loved him to bits.

That's his charm. Sometimes brains isn't enough in this world. You have to result to brute force.

They're all different and they're all gorgeous and that most definitely includes John Larroquette.

Well, given my preferences, Cassandra is the only option.

reply

Cassandra must have overdue books because she has fine written all over her.

I don't see how you can see that under the stupid clothes they have her wearing.

Thankfully that had here wearing some adult clothing late this season, including not making her wear those awful lace kiddie socks.

Cassandra/Lindy Booth looked great in the season 3 finale.

Have to admit to having soft spot for both John Larroquette and Christian Kane but all the characters have their own special thing that makes them "good-looking". Clever, cute, strong, swift, smart....... There are so many different things that makes them each good-looking".

Is this show actually very good? I watch a lot of shows similar to this (Leverage, Grimm, Charmed, The Magicians, Incorporated, ect) Should I start watching? From the clips and trailers I have seen it seems kind of Silly and cheesy (the pilot)

How many of the "Libarian Movies" do I need to watch? I have one of them on my DVR.

reply

You don't need to watch any movie. It's fun if you do it, I'd actually watch the first one if possible, but it's not mandatory. You will not miss anything vital to the show.

And I don't think it's a very good show, but I find it a pleasant, I like it. That is a personal opinion, of course, not everyone agrees. But I have the feeling if your range is so wide (Charmed-The Magicians) you should probably give it a try.
