It seems like many of the actors in Lifetime movies are Canadian. I'm not judging or complaining, just curious as to the reason. Actually It just occurred to me that it's probably because most are filmed in Canada. Is it cheaper to film in Canada?

Even though Canada has spectacular settings, it's not the production values that film producers go there to find. The lure is, in a single word, money.
