It comes out in early November. I think it's a simultaneous release in theaters and on HBO.

UK resident here, probably no chance of seeing it anytime soon then. Hopefully it'll end up on Netflix or elsewhere on the net. Cheers for the response.

It's available OnDemand through Comcast right now. I came here to see if it was worth watching.

It's been playing on Starz again, and it's available through Starz on Demand (depending on your cable provider - I have Verizon Fios and I know it's on there right now, I just watched this doc last night).
