Writers are making it hard to like this..

This show is campy fun, I watch it with a passing interest. It's "Royal Pains" at best. But even with those low standards, it's increasingly hard to buy in when the writers are making such ham-fisted twists and turns and having their leads make such improbable leaps.

How is reporter Reyna Flores putting together so quickly that Matador is being used by Alfred Molina for something other than the soccer field?

And how does Molina not immediately become insanely suspicious when Matador is whining in his office about not being in the loop, and wanting to know more about the big picture, and what's going on in Nicaragua when he had just found a freaking BUG IN HIS OFFICE? Why would anyone ever be so stupid to press the issue?

Stick to the goofy subplots of the crazy soccer fans, the screw-up brother, and the trampy owner's daughter, and the show is marginally entertaining. This show is at its worst when it tries to be NCIS.

Ok then; show is great fun and better than NCIS.
