Where can I watch?

I missed it when first broadcast. The only place I can find it is on Amazon, but you have to rent, not a prime) :(

Actually, it's 'buy' not 'rent'. You have to pay, but then you own the digital copy.

Note that 'own' in this context has new meaning in this virtual world where you can't touch it.

I work in a college library, where every student comes in and asks to 'rent' our books and other items. I always tried to explain to them they can 'borrow' the items, as we lend them out with no exchange of money.

Astonishingly, 95% of the students look at me dumbfounded, and repeat "No, I just want to rent it for now..." while the smarter 5% says "That's right!" and chuckle. They then correct themselves and ask "May I BORROW..."

I work in a college library too. Get the exact same thing every day.

What puzzles me is the fact that these kids weren't brought up with video stores such as Blockbuster where they had to rent physical items - so where did they get this habit from?

reply

Drives me crazy.... "I need to rent a text book" Dude have you ever been to a library before in your life? Our public library in my city dropped the fee for registering for a library card. So that is free now too. I've noticed a lack of politeness too. Not even a hello, just I NEED THIS BOOK!

Is now on Hulu
