Things You Can Do to Keep This Community Alive

thanks...Ive signed 3 petitions already, messaged and emailed. Not sure it will make a difference but these boards are pretty much the only reason I come to this site.

I've signed the petition too, I do hope the boards are saved, I visit them all the time.

I've been doing all that and I'd urge others to, but the bottom line is....they don't give a crap about us. They just don't. Amazon doesn't - hey look at how Bezos wants to get rid of all his employees eventually and replace them with robots. Is that a man who cares about PEOPLE? I don't think so.

They don't want our opinions, we're untidy and rowdy and we give honest opinions and we make fun of them and THEY DON'T WANT THAT. They just want to shove their garbage down our throats with no comment from us!!!! Consume, consume, consume! I'm just fed up. I'll be leaving IMDB flat after 2/20 and I'm seriously thinking of ending my Amazon use as well. Not just because of IMDB but for a lot of reasons. Amazon is NOT something I want to support nor is it good for this country.

Well....here we are. And I'm just amazed that some wonderful person(s) has contrived to maintain this site. It's amazing. Of course, I'm sure he or she couldn't keep ALL the history - I can only hope that the lunatics at IMDB did as over 10 years worth of comments, reviews, info, data, and exchanges of people about all these movies and shows might be a highly interesting historical document in another generation. VERY SHORT SIGHTED.

But it looks like we can continue to comment on our shows. YAY!!!!
