There's no way that officer is firing toward Mom because she'll drop that poor terrified little baby into the water and they may not be able to get someone out there fast enough to save him. My guess is that the gunshot we heard was aimed at one of the other goobers or just fired into the air as a warning. But Mom deserves to be brought back to shore and THEN shot for ignoring that baby's cries for so long, for leaving him on the ground, and for dangling him upside down... unforgivable. As much as I despise Randall, I hope he kicks the hell out of her and the police stand by and let him do it.

Totally agree with you, dag317. What she (they) did to the baby is unforgiveable. I hated hearing him cry like that. Poor thing. He didn't know this wasn't real. It had to terrify him.

I couldn't watch it. Knowing a baby was placed in such hateful danger was too much for me. :(.

I did not enjoy this season of the show at all.

Hey Yahdancy! 
I didn't enjoy it either and here's a few reasons why. There were too many characters to keep track of and then they just disappeared into thin air it seems, never to be heard from again. Like Quon's mom and Claudia. 

Also I absolutely began to despise Eddie. He went from a smart a $$ to just plain evil. And the extra baggage they dumped on Kelly with the jailbird "baby daddy" to a suddenly crazy Travis? It was too much. I don't like alot of the plot changes.

Really wonder who is writing the episodes these days.

I would love for TP to have taken a different route -- have

Kelly with the jailbird "baby daddy"

find out about Travis and had him taken out. That would clear the way for him to move in with Kelly when he is released.

Yes, I believe Travis is a totally useless character and TP needs to get rid of the some of the dead weight. The guy who plays Travis simply cannot act. He is not the only one in this ensemble who cannot act, but he is among the worst.

It does seem like they bring these guys for Kelly but don't really know what to do with them. Travis was with her then was going to marry someone else because of his mother but was pretty much demanding Kelly to stay his friend and be friends with his would be wife. Now he's threatening and abusive. They made it seem like something was going to happen with Ramsey but now, they make it like Travis might have killed him and now she may have to contend with her baby daddy.

I am with you all the way on your assessment of this show and all the bad changes. The show went from interesting to boring and strange. The same may be said for the characters. The whole season has been a disappointment.

Mr. Perry needs to hire more writers to help him with the long list of new shows he is working on. If he got some really good soap writers who have been doing this sort of thing for years and turn these shows into a daily telecast, I think he could have something wonderful here. He could bring back the soaps while doing them his way.

Eddie is always great to look at (for I find the actor who plays the role to be very handsome) -- but Mr. Perry has taken the character from annoying and funny at times to downright wicked. What else can they do with Eddie after this?
