Murder He Did...?

This series suffers from being portrayed in a small town with a lot of murders. The biggest common factor is Mike Shepherd. He's killed everyone as of S2E1, normally tricking the 'suspects' into confessing with false evidence.
The chub driving my grand dad's car is the true killer.
