Probably the murderous person in the western world lays around alone
in an regular (albeit secret?) hospital. Everybody around knows he
will kill them just for fun, even when they help him and he has
unlimited supply of people, money and sociopath killers with
full spec ops gear and training. Everybody is a one shot master!
Wasting the people in the hospital had no value to anything -
proving that the fx students can really use that "splatter"
plug-in until it makes no sense anymore.
I have the feeling the director/'writer' of this has a painful
grief with the English government - and thats the reason this
absurd murder fests even exists.
Its fun to watch how someone spends millions to anything than
a jerk-off to action movie making.
I hope there are more of this. I want this rage to never end,
even if its unhealthy.
