Question for those that have watched it

So i somewhat enjoyed the first movie, it had its good moments, but not enough for me to watch RZA have another really bad attempt at acting.

One of the parts i enjoyed from the first movie was the whole Gemini Twins fight scene, since they are listed in this movie which is slightly surprising since we saw them supposedly die, what part do they play in this, did they recover ffrom that seemingly fatal poisoning, or is their part merely a flash back scene of past adventures.
