When Margo took Q to the Suntrust building, she said the guard's name was Gus. Then "Gus" told them, "Mi casa es tu casa," which was a line Augustus said to Hazel in TFIOS.
And then, of course, the obvious Ansel Elgort cameo. His beautiful face made the whole let down of a movie worth watching.
