Terrible


Why do they keep finding various excuses to have encounters with the guy who she had an affair with? Now they're inviting him round for dinner? Come on.

I wouldn't say that it's 'terrible' as the OP states, it has more in common with a romcom than a sitcom though. The characters are well developed and believable, although the main male protagonist is far too wimpy and as for his sidekick at work, well sorry but Alun Cochrane really cannot act. That said, I have chuckled along with the full eight episodes, which is a fairly rare occurrence for me nowadays.

I think that the cliffhanger plus the writers' reputations will amount to a second series though.
