Rather infantile. I'll spare you the details but is like watching a TV film for kids with the very unoriginal theme order, structure is bad and all governments and people in power are bad.
BTW fight scenes are extremely ridiculous.
Common now, it's hardly that bad... I would take a 'teenage Bourne Identity' maybe but a Children's TV film nuh uh

You are right, I suppose if you don't mind the (for the length of the entire film's) nauseating close ups of the main character, shot by what can only be described as the most annoyingly drunk cameraman with a nervous twitch, you'll be alright :)
