Great to see Arvid and Jacob die

I disagree. Jacob was just bending to Arvid's will/opinion, and really should not have died. He never should've been up there in the first place. In the end I had no respect for Arvid, and I fail to see how/why he wasn't able to slide over a 2nd harness with him when he moved over toward Jacob.
My opinion is that once he realized how wrong he was, faced with certain doom for the people of Geiranger, he'd already made the decision to die up there on that rock rather than witness the result of (and face blame for) his lack of action.

haha, it was Jan Johansen apologizing for his misdeeds in Lilyhammer. Not really sure why the cabin didn't also slide down the mountain.
