Not a good movie, acting was ok but the story didn't make sense. Why did Chris wait 17 yrs to get revenge? Becky hadn't changed her name, he could have found her earlier.

What did he have against Susan...?

He waits 17 years than decides to kill both girls (not at once, mind you) but after he has slept with both of them (at least that appeared to be his "plan").

Seriously disturbed wacko (in a nonsensical sort of way).

Just didn't make a lot of sense.

I think it was coincidental that he discovered the girl he was talking to (Susan) was roommates with Becky, which probably rekindled his anger, inspiring him to make this plan. It's far-fetched, but I think that's what happened.
