Incredible experience

A brilliant cast, an ample script, a compact plot. When you think the directors of Cold War couldn't make their next film even better, then you're wrong. Every SINGLE one of the actor delivers very strong and convincing performance to meet the sublimely written story. You won't know who is the real Helios unless you watch till the end. The supremely amazing cast, from Jacky, Nick, Shawn, Chang Chen to Korean stars -- Jin-Hee Ji and Siwon, they never disappoint throughout the movie. It's a must-watch. It's a prestigious Chinese movie we have not seen in years. It's action-packed, it's mysteriously interesting and it's absolutely entertaining. I'm in total awe. Salute the directors and the actors and the entire film crew of Helios.
PS: you also get to see the gorgeous Siwon from his very first scene, but poor him. And poor Nick, he died with so little pride left.

Really? I thought it was a mess when it came to the story. They inserted so many needless plot devices. The acting was good and so was the shooting scenes. You can tell they knew what they were doing. But the over all story was just a mess and left so many things opened. Im guess they really want a sequel to finish the story. I would give it a solid 6/10, would be higher if they focused in on one story and didnt introduce so many different side plots.

I guess you must be related to the movie or something, as this was certainly one of the worst asian movies I've seen in a long time..
The script and the story where really awful and badly written..
It had big potential, but it all was a big mess of uncohesive scenes splashed together..
Some of the actors were great though..
And the ending is especially something that made the movie disappointing.. to me it was really a WTF is this crap moment, like 'have I been watching this for almost 2 hours only to get this "ending"?' especially since I don't expect a sequel to be made..

This, I got bored and watched it in 2 parts over 2 days, just finished it earlier, the ending WTF? I wasn't even sure of what was going on half the time but that might have been the subtitles.

Anyway, it was pretty pap.. and Shawn Yue is a terrible actor, he can only frown, he's like cardboard.

Only thing good about it were the Korean actors(Korean Cinema has been crapping on HK in recent years) and Janice Man, nice piece of eye candy, It was dissapointing though that we didn't see her and her fellows demise.
