there is so much wrong in this it is hard to fathom none of the actors objecting when they spoke the lines.

in no particular order: that wasn't a C note, that was more an A; some other people no longer in the picture are jem's mom, billie's partner since foster kids aren't usually granted to single adults, billie's and emmet's parents since they were probably the previous owners of the house...

if they needed money so badly; banks are usually somewfat flexible repayment, they could have a garage sale, all the electronic stuff could go on craig's list, banks could lend on her contract.; once they knew synergy worked they could find a team of nerds to reverse engineer it (cellphone companies would kill for a battery with a ten year lifespan)...

No. Just. No.

think so.
want details of a missed opportunity/ getting stuff wrong? let's go with the concert when some lights went out.

- some, because the lights backstage stayed on.

- this was a concert venue. was this the first band that drew a lot of electricity. i would think the wiring was designed to be beefy enough to handle the load. more in keeping with the cartoon is erica raynond sabotaging the power to try to get the band to fail: might make it easier to get jem as a solo act.

- a competent drummer can fill a concert hall with a single trap set. she shouldn't need help.

Out of everything you said I want to focus on foster kids not going to a single adult. Where do you live because I have known lots of single foster parents.

this was ten years ago. while now it would be more common, but ten years ago? i think that was a bit of the exception
