Um Wasn't The House On Fire at the End? Plot Hole or what?

Hannahs foot hit the electrical panel causing the spark to start a house fire. Everything was filling with smoke and at the end by the front door the whole living room was thick with smoke. Then it just cuts to a shot of the house looking perfectly fine. How did no one else notice this? Its the final freaking scene.
