We never found out exactly who Mr Lee was...

Or are we left to assume that it was the lady who they pranked at theh movies start? And that she was somehow using some high tech voice siulator to make her voice that of a mans? Or am I wrong and was it someone else?

The lady from the beginning of the movie killed herself after accidentally killing her daughter during the prank call.
I don't remember all the dialogue from the beginning but I guess the husband was away for work or something.
So 'Mr. Lee' was her husband who was getting revenge over the fact they killed his wife and daughter.

Mr Lee makes Chinese noodles and sells packages of them with his name on, Mr Lee is also a post op transgender psychopath who went on a killing spree after he decided his penis was in fact more necessary than he had first thought. He lived next door to the kids and after years of homoerotic urges snapped, killing them all and blaming on dude.

I just can't figure out how the hell a noodle maker knew how the hack the living *beep* out of all the house phones, individual cell phones, house lights, Roombas, Tv's and Laptops. Who knew a simple noodle maker was so like jack of trades and such?

When a stranger calls - now that's as movie where we have no idea who the hell the bad guy was.
