I have to assume that Robert Remus (Sgt. Slaughter) didn't want to be part of the film and so he was left out. This is unfortunate since it is the Sgt. Slaughter/Iron Sheik matches that I remember best.

He also co managed him during Slaughters run vs Hulk Hogan in early 90's.
