shareUntil he started his screaming tirades, I thought he had given a restrained, subtle performance. The screaming, "You're making me deaf!!!!", was laughable and entirely UNCONVINCING. At that point, a genuinely tense film degenerated into satire, unintentionally of course.

Hardball. Fantastic film, great acting from Keanu. The man has talent, he was just dealing with a crap script and premise here. Not even sure why he did this movie to be honest.

Thank you for telling me your requirement. My requirement is that I need to be able to suspend my disbelief and be drawn into thinking that what I am seeing on screen is real.
Unfortunately Keanu breaks that requirement with his atrocious, wooden performances and all I can see is a guy trying hard to "act".

He's been decent in some films... but not this one. His worst attempt by some distance!
