Man... if he could find them with Monkey's pet finder chip then he should have just told the police.... Then he could send those girls up the river for life for murder, breaking an entering, kidnapping, assault, etc... etc...

part of me think this movie was sitting the shelf for a while and made before John Wick got big

so they had to change the ending or people would laugh.
