Ridiculous and unbelievable

I know it's only a movie, but least make your movie plausible. The insanity of these girls wasn't believable. Too over-the-top. And to believe they do this all the time without getting caught is preposterous. Genesis did mention someone named Ronnie, so there's more in their little ring of thugs?

Evan was too dumb to be taken seriously. He, and Louis, had numerous opportunities to rid of these two idiots. He needs to jump into John Wick mode and hunt them down.

I did get a good laugh regarding the damage they had done as the camera panned around the house at the end of the movie. Some of that schitt was really funny.

The only good thing about this movie was Monkey, and they snatched him!

Way too over-the-top and annoying antagonists.

The asthmatic friend was such an idiot. I didn't care for his demise.

1/10.

Just a stupid, stupid, stupid, ridiculously stupid movie.

It wasn't meant to be too realistic or taken seriously, it is a black comedy psychological thriller and in many ways also, a parody of several certain types of Hollywood thrillers.

The greatest trick the Devil has ever pulled was convincing the world he didn't exist!

That doesn't make any difference to the movie though, as any genre it was still awful!

I just rented this. I like Keanu Reeves and I really thought it would be more of a psychological thriller instead of over the top violent and sadistic. I guess that today's directors don't remember Alfred Hitchcock and how truly suspenseful stories can be told.

After watching the film, I listened to it with the director's commentary. At no time did he indicate that he was making a black comedy or a parody. In his mind at least, it was a very serious film.

I know Keanu's character was taken off guard by two skinny girls. He could overpower them in any normal circumstance. But they did sneak up on him and hit him in the head and tie him up. But, geez! When he got free he could have easily overpowered the fork wielding chick!

Instead of running down the hall towards her and yelling, he needed to grab a phone and run outside while dialing 911. The whole scenario was too implausible to be believable.

And his acting? Holy shit!

It's an Eli Roth movie, ridiculous and unbelievable is a given ;)

Don't watch Cabin Fever... You probably won't like it, but you will be missing out ;)
