Let's their kids sleep by themselves when psycho "ghost" are running around? Who stays in a house for months when she could have just moved into a nice apartment? Who decides hey my kids can't leave the house. Based on what? That same thing may have happened if they would have stayed in the house about 30 seconds longer!!! She had no idea.

The coincidence of her dating one of the guys from the experiment is possible, but that being the exact same house was just too damn much.

Answer: moms in movies. their job is to keep the plot going even if it makes them appear as *beep* parents

I agree. I would've got my kids out after the first contact. However, I myself would go back to investigate.

I would have moved away right after the set of "paranormal investigators" ran away. Also I got the idea that the "guy from the experiment" targeted her because she lived in that house.
