The guy is portrayed like the guy from Castle (smart ,likes detective books, bringing cafe to the precinct and following the lady detective ...) , it was nice to change the female consultant for a male and a female detective in these Hallmark series but I don't like the guy being too soft. But great cast and chemistry between the leads.
shareTotally agree. Total Castle rip off. Beautiful female detective and handsome super smart bachelor. They just switched the daughter and mother to the detective. Also the two other male detectives that assist her. They even use the murder board. Still interesting though. Look forward to the next installment.
I've never seen Castle & dont plan to. This movie was absolutely great.
shareHow can you have not seen Castle? Until this season, it was simply one of the absolute best shows on television period!!!! The chemistry between Nathan Fillion and Stana Katic hasn't been seen since the likes of Pierce Brosnan and stephanie Zimbalist on Remington Steele and Cybill Shepherd and Bruce Willis on Moonlighting. It just started it's 8th season!!! Hhow can you not have seen this magical pair? You've completely missed the best ABC has to offer.
That was up until this season when the show changed direction. Hopefully, when Castle returns he and Beckett will be back together as they should be.
