Is Bianca a sociopath?

In Elevator Kiss, she kept blaming Henry by saying "What's wrong with you?" and stuff, even though she very well knew what she did, and it seemed like she had no guilt. If she were guilty she would have done the right thing and told him right then and there. And to top it off, she's still hiding the fact from Henry himself that she cheated, she thinks Henry has no idea about it. And I don't see and guilt. She also seems to do what other people want, and she can't think for herself. Like she obviously didn't like Mitch, why would she go on a date with him, just because he asked her to? Especially after she saw him bully Oliver and about to beat up Henry. The only time she actually stood up for herself was when Henry was mad at her about the cheating. That's kind of messed up. Maybe she's not a sociopath, but she definitely some kind of issue in my opinion.
