The Ending

I think she was actually abducted and had the baby and thought she was in a hospital having a "human" baby but when she sees the real baby she acts like a bad Rosemary in Rosemary's Baby, she only screams. She said at least said what have you done to his eyes?!!! Skin??!! Hands??!!! Horrible movie, interesting premise, you better watch an old 1973 TV movie with Barbara Eden who had similar premise and it was much better done.
